"My journey didn’t begin in a boardroom—it began in a small town, inside a family-owned business where I learned the values of hard work, impeccable service, and the importance of genuine connection. As the youngest of four children in a multi-generational entrepreneurial family, I grew up watching both of my parents lead with heart, commitment, and integrity as they carried on their own family businesses. These experiences shaped how I show up in everything I do—with a deep respect for resilience, community, and relationships.

That small-town upbringing gave me more than a strong work ethic—it gave me perspective. I understand what it means to work with purpose, to earn trust, and to go the extra mile to deliver real value. That perspective only grew stronger through sport. As a lifelong athlete and former elite women’s hockey player, I competed at the university level and professionally with the Montreal Stars—culminating in a Clarkson Cup championship in 2011. Being part of a high-performing team taught me how to lead with humility, communicate with clarity, and push for excellence—skills I carry into every client engagement today.
